I will have to disagree with you on this one, look at the people in the NFL, NBA, and other leagues. Most of them started weight lifting when they was 13 or even younger. Most of them are in better shape and taller than most people and their bodies don't look deformed to me. As long as you don't go too heavy too fast and have good form you will be fine. It's the people who go to heavy to fast that mess up their bodies.

This is sick and unhealthy... its like those moms that put their daughters in little kid pageants. weight lifting is great... when ur in highschool not kindergarten.
